im just sayin from top to bottom the CMD will be a better basketball disctrict than the Cumberland. Castlewood will be awsome but from there it goes down hill quickly
Since we are talking about Off Season Workouts...I was wondering what type of supplements would be best for high school age athletes?? My nephew is trying to gain some weight. I really don't know how good Castlewood will be next year.. They will be returning Fisher, Smith, Collins, and Carter so they will have some good shooters still but I'm afraid their inside play will hurt them.. The Cumberland will be down next season compared to the last few seasons.. You never know who TS will bring in but everyone else you can pretty much predict from year to year.. This year, Castlewood could have beat all of the CMD teams and yes they did beat VA High.. But next year, Gate City will be the team to beat and the CMD probably will be the toughest district.. But like neutral said, they will be Div. 2 so they won't even be competing against many teams from the other districts.
